Four layers to track
Context
Position, nationality and the first club frame the beginning. Record them so later comparisons remain meaningful.
Opportunity
Appearances and seasons describe how much career actually took place. Raw goals or assists without minutes and role can mislead.
Production
Goals, assists and trophies are useful, but they answer different questions. Keep the visible result fields separate rather than compressing them into an invented overall grade.
Movement
Club changes are narrative turning points. A move can trade continuity for ambition; without a verified formula, describe the trade-off instead of claiming a deterministic outcome.
Compare like with like
Start with careers in the same position. Then compare seasons and appearances before output. If the positions differ, use the numbers as a prompt for discussion—not a ranking.
